Delivery, order cancellation, product return.
1. Delivery rules:
audera.ge delivers products only if the purchase was made from the website and the customer chose the delivery service!
2. Delivery cost:
Tbilisi - The cost of 1 kilogram is 9 GEL. Only 1 GEL will be added for each additional kilogram.
Delivery is free for purchases of 80 GEL!
Regions - The cost of 1 kilogram is 14 GEL. Only 1 GEL will be added for each additional kilogram.
Free delivery for the first kilogram when purchasing 120 GEL!
3. Order receipt:
audera.ge is obliged to deliver the product to the address specified when placing the order. Any person at the specified address can receive the product. To hand over the product, the recipient is obliged to present the unique order code and identification document to the authorized person of audera.ge. The customer is obliged to ensure the security of the unique order code.
When bringing the product, the authorized person of audera.ge will present an acceptance-transfer act, which must be confirmed by the recipient's signature. Before signing the acceptance-transfer act, the recipient is obliged to visually inspect the product. From the moment of signing the acceptance-transfer act, the product is considered delivered and no claim from the customer will be accepted.
In case the product is not handed over directly by the customer, the customer is obliged to explain to the recipient that providing the unique order code and identification document to the authorized representative of audera.ge, as well as signing the acceptance-transfer act, is a necessary condition for receiving the product.
4. Order cancellation:
Only if the order has not been confirmed by the courier!
